This tool is designed for Resource Managers. It'll help them find the best individual or team for each job, by evaluating candidates based solely on their merits and not their names, labels, or word-of-mouth reputation. Working hand in hand with AI, we'll both broaden our awareness and understanding of talent, counteracting the intrinsic preferences and unconscious biases at play in selecting talent.
Our target audience are resource managers, but everyone will benefit; from AMs to PMs, and most importantly, all other employees. Think of it as the newest, smartest, fairest addition to the resourcing team, humans will onboard it, and mentor it, and it will go on to work with them, to bring out the best in them and the teams they bring together.
